Through decades of cooperative effort, Black Horse Run’s amenities have grown to include:

• A community barn where residents can board horses, as room allows
• BHR Swim Team-The Mustangs
• Extensive common areas, including acres of pastures
• A pool, used for relaxation, swim team, swim lessons, and fun
• Two tennis courts, one of which includes pickleball lines
• Basketball courts
  
• A clubhouse, where members gather for BHR social events and meetings (also available for rentals)
  
• Playground equipment for older and younger children
• Pet waste stattion
• A picnic area
