All dues paying BHR residents are automatically Property Owners Association (POA) members. Non-Residents are welcome too! Please read resident benefits, as well as non-resident options below.
BHR Residents
BHR residents have full membership through their POA dues. Resident members are welcome to:
- Join neighbors (and bring guests) for all BHR-sponsored social activities, including children’s socials, community dinners such as the Memorial Day and 4th of July celebrations, Fall Festival, and much more. Check the calendar to find out more about upcoming events.
- Enjoy the tennis courts, basketball courts, and other common recreation areas
- Play at the playground and use the picnic area
- Rent the clubhouse for private social functions
- Join the swim and tennis teams (team fees apply)
- Board a horse at the community barn
Associate Membership (for non-residents), Registration opens April 1, 2023
Black Horse Run associate members have the advantage of full access to most Black Horse Run facilities and the full range of social events.
